Workspaces
Start with the essentials, then reveal more ways to create as you need them. Hiding a workspace only tidies the Library; it never deletes your work.
Lessons
Group lessons into collections. A collection can be a topic, unit, class or anything else that suits your teaching.
Collections
Collection names appear as headings in the lesson Library and stay separate from your class list.
Choose a saved collection to edit, or start a new one.
Use any name that helps you find related lessons.
Hide a collection without deleting it or moving its lessons.
Classes
Set up the classes you teach and keep optional recipient emails ready for sharing. Classes are separate from lesson collections.

Only the class name is required. Managing a class does not move or rename lessons.
AI
AI is optional across Lesson Studio. Turn it off for a tool-only workspace, or choose which provider answers when it is on.
Shows Chat and the optional AI view beside Canvas, Note and Diagram. Turning it off keeps Sequence, Markdown and GeoScript available.
Your key is sent once to this site's own handler and held there. It is never kept in this browser or shown again.

Website access
Websites open in Reader by default. You can explicitly allow a website to run interactively in a restricted frame.
Interactive enables the approved site’s buttons, forms and media. It cannot read Lesson Studio data or navigate the app.
Approval applies to the exact website name. Change it to Reader or remove all permissions at any time.
No websites are using Interactive.
YouTube and GeoGebra are built in and load only after you select Start activity.

Bring a shared lesson, individual items, or a folder into this library. Review and select what to add as new copies; the source stays unchanged.

Graphs
The values a new graph starts from.
Where a new graph starts and ends along x.
Left blank, it is worked out from the function.
Pixels per unit, which is the zoom a graph opens at.
And how they look when they are drawn.
Plotted together, the first uses your current colour.
Lines a new graph up with the background pattern.
More points draw a smoother curve, more slowly.
A coordinate grid over the plot itself, for reading values off.
Any of them can be overridden on an individual graph when you plot it.
Type straight into the cells: Tab moves across, Enter moves down. Click a row or column number to select it, then colour or format the whole thing.
Click the buttons to build the equation, or type it directly. Selecting something first tucks it inside the next button you press. For example, highlight x+1, press √, and it goes under the root.
